  • Even better, you can use these products with your customers and clients to provide services and projects to them. (But you can’t give them away or sell them to your customers).

How are the products delivered?

Our playbooks, project kits, template packs and planners are all delivered in PDF format. Some checklists, worksheets and other contents may be delivered as editable MS Word or Excel files. All files are packaged into a downloadable ZIP file. Please see our download instructions below for more information.

What are the “terms of use” for your products?

You CAN:

  • Use the contents of our products yourself in your own business
  • Give the content to your assistant or team members to use on your own business projects
  • Use the content to provide services to your own clients


  • Resell or give away for free any contents of our products to your clients, customers, members, or anyone else outside of your business

Where can I find invoices for my purchases?

You can download your invoices in the “My account” page (make sure that you are logged into your account first).

Can I get a refund?

Because of the digital nature of our products all purchases of subscriptions and products are non-refundable. If you’ve purchased a subscription, you can cancel at any time, however we cannot offer a refund. Please ensure you read the product description fully before purchasing. Where can I find my downloads?

When you purchase a downloadable product from the store at Pathfinder Advantage, you’ll be asked to set up an account. You can find all your products in the “Your Products” section under “My accounts” page (make sure that you are logged into your account first) and you can access this any time.

You’ll also receive an email with a link to your download to the email address you provided when you purchased your product.

How do I download my content product?

Download your product using these steps:

1) Right-click the download link.

2) Select “Save Target As…” (for Internet Explorer) or “Save Link As..” (Mozilla Firefox).

A download screen will appear asking you where you want to save the file to on your computer.

3) Select where you wish to save the file (typically the desktop or ‘My Documents’) and save to your computer.

Important! Many of our products contain items that are large, therefore we compress them into zip files.

How do I open my Zip file?

Here’s how to open a zip file…

Many computers will have a built-in unzip program. To use it:

1) Once your file is downloaded, right-click the file

2) Select “Open With” and choose “Compressed (zipped) folders”.

A dialogue box will open with the folder inside.

3) Click the folder ONCE to select it

4) Then go to “File” –> “Extract All” and follow the rest of the steps in the dialogue box.

If you don’t have a built-in program, there are many available online for free. You can try 7zip or Zip Genius.



Troubleshooting your downloaded product…

Many of our products are large or have multiple components.

Sometimes the folders do not download fully for various reasons. When this happens, your files may not open properly.

To save yourself some time and effort, delete the original unsuccessful download, download the zip folders again.

Make sure they downloaded completely and unzip the folder again.

Once unzipped, check the files. If the files still do not open correctly, please contact us by submitting a support ticket and giving as much information and detail as possible.

I can’t open the file

If you can’t open the document, don’t panic. There are a few things you can do to troubleshoot the problem and save yourself some time.

Re-download the product from your account – A partially downloaded file is often the problem.

The download file is empty

Did you download a zip file, but the folder seems to be empty? This happens when a zip file doesn’t download completely. Since some of our files have multiple components or are large, it may take a few extra minutes to fully download.

To solve this – delete the partially downloaded file. Log in to your account and download again.

Problems Unzipping Files with WinZip (Windows)

If you are using Windows, many people report having problems with WinZip and unzipping your files, so we recommend using 7Zip, which is free and you’ll find here. Please make sure you use version 9.20 or newer.
